Since we are not able to show Twilight due to copyright issues, we thought we'd take you back to where the vampire movie originated with a showing of Nosferatu. In !922, F.W. Murnau wanted to create an adaptation to Bram Stoker's Dracula but was not able to obtain the rights to the novel. With a few minor changes to character names, he shot the film in 1921 and it was released in 1922 as an unauthorized version. The movie has a strong cult following but is often hailed as a masterpiece in the horror genre and the movie that influence all other vampire films. Join us at 6:00 pm for the showing. Bring some friends and we'll supply a ghoulish treat! Teens only please.
