We start out the month of March celebrating one of our favorite authors - Dr. Seuss. Dr. Seuss, aka Theodor Seuss Giesel, was born on March 2, 1904. Dr. Seuss published over 60 books including some of our all-time favorites; Green Eggs and Ham, Oh, the Places You’ll Go, Cat in the Hat and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. His books have been translated into more than 15 languages. At the time of his death in 1991, over 200 million copies of his books had made their way into the homes and hearts of readers all around the world. Charlotte will be celebrating this special man’s birthday during story hours on Tuesday, March 2 here at the library and Wednesday, March 3 at Marshall Hall in Lake Delton. Story hours begins at 10:15 a.m.
